1-Entry Fees/Membership Fee: Entry fee for tournament $100.00 (Buy In) per team, Teams may also pay an additional $100.00 dollars to enter the Double Down pot. Big bass pot $10.00 is optional. Snakehead pot is free to every that enters the tournament winner will recieve a $100.00 gift certificate donated and redeemable at Warbird Outdoors per event. Double Down Championship entry fee is $150/$300. Membership fee is $35.00 per person, per year. All members are eligible to receive any and all sponsorship promotional items throughout the year as they become available. Contestant may sign up for any event at the ramp or at Warbird Outdoors Store Located at 2627 Hanco Center Drive, Woodbridge, Va. 22191 any time the store is open. Tournament officials have the right to refuse any application for membership and tournament entry fees.

2-Payout: All teams entering the tournament are competing for the (Buy In) $100.00 entry. All awards and pionts will be determined from the$100.00  (Buy In) entry. Teams that choose to Double Down are competing for the (Buy In) pot as well as the Double Down pot. The (Buy In) pot will pay one place for every four entries recieved. The Double Down Pot will pay one place for every eight boats entering the Double Down pot. Payout for the Double Down pot will be determined by the order the teams that entered the DD pot place (highest to lowest).

2-Scoring Fish: Each team may weigh in five-5 fish per day, a minimum of 12
inches in length unless state or lake limits are greater, measured on golden
rule with mouth closed and tail compressed. No more than 6 fish at anytime
may be in live wells. Once a team catches six fish they must immediately
cull down to 5 fish. All culling must be done on the water not at weigh in
area and not after team has checked in. Any team weighing-in a fish shorter
than legal tournament length will be assessed a one pound penalty from total weight and loss of the short fish. Any team bringing more than 5 fish to the
scales will be disqualified. A dead fish penalty of 4 ounces per dead fish
will be deducted from total weight. Late penalty is 1lb per minute after 15
minutes late team is disqualified. In the event that a team ties with another team the money and pionts will be added together and split in half. Ties for year end awards will be broken by total pounds for the year.

3-Piont System: 1st place in each qualifying will receive 200 points, 2nd
Place 199, 3rd Place 198 and so on. Teams not weighing a fish will receive
10 points less than the last place team weighing a fish. Big fish and sack are
determined at the end of all 8 qualifying events. The team winning Team Of The Year will be the first boat to blast off in both days of competition in the Double Down Championship if they choose to fish.

4-Launch Sequence: Starting positions for all qualifying events will be based on the order in which entry fees are received.

5–Tackle & Equipment: Intentional snagging of fish is not allowed. Sight
fish must be hooked in the mouth. Only artificial lures may be used, with
the exception of pork rinds. No live bait permitted. Trolling with the aid
of the combustion or electric motor is not Permitted. Only one rod and reel combination may be used at one time per person.

6-Teams/Partners: A team shall consist of one or two Anglers. A team may
have 2 official designated substitutes per season and substitutes may fish a
maximum of 3 regular season events. The Same substitute is allowed to fish the Double Down Championship. Substitutes are required to pay a $10.00 substitute fee per event. If teams substitute more than three times during the regular season that team will lose all previous weight gained and begin over with new weight from current partner for the remainder of the regular season. Angler may fish alone to retain weight. Permanent partner changes can only be made upon approval by Warbird officials.

7-Sportsmanship: Everyone is expected to follow high standards of
sportsmanship and courtesy to other will on the water. Use of any other
person or 2 way communication device such as cell phone, pager, CBs, Etc to
aid in locating or catching fish is strictly prohibited.

8-Safety: Each competitor must wear a U.S Coast Guard approved life vest and the kill switch attached any time the boat is on plane.

9-Off Limit Areas: Fishing anywhere that is prohibited by state or federal
regulations. Also any area designated by tournament director for safety or
fish release areas.

10-State Laws And Regulations: All competitors are to abide by all state,
federal and wildlife laws.

11- Protests/ Polygraphs: All protest must be made to tournament officials
before scales close. Warbird officials reserve the right to request a
polygraph exam to any competitor at anytime. Failure to do so will result in
immediate disqualification with all entry and prize money being forfeited.

12-Liability Insurance: All boaters are required to carry liability
insurance at all times will fishing a Warbird Event.

13-Media Release: By signing release form you are granting Warbird Outdoors and Sponsors the right to use your name, photos and videos to promote there business on any and all media and press release.
